Lydia Ellis is a diversified creative artist with over 30 years of experience. Having always had an interest in art that began at an early age she later pursued a fine arts degree with Georgia State Univerisity. Lydia has created many one-of- a- kind murals and custom wall finishes that grace the homes of art partrons thoughout the Southeast. She also creates stunning portraits in oil, pastel, mixed media and watercolor. Her other subject interest include varied landscapes, still-life, seascapes and pet portraits. Lydia has exhibited with many galleries throughout Georgia which include the Burton Gallery in the North Georgia Mountains, Arts Clayton Gallery in Jonesboro, and most recenty the Fayette Art Center in Fayetteville. You may find current work on exhibit now at these locations. Lydia has also been published in many publications most recently Arts and Expression Magazine. Lydia is also a part-time fine art instructor sharing her love of art with students from ages 5-90. She presently is instructing classes at the Fayette Arts Center and the Fayette Recreation Department in Fayetteville, GA.
